Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist senior technicians and maintenance engineers in routine mechanical maintenance activities.
- Learn preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Assist in the inspection of bearings, belts, chains, gears, rollers, couplings, and other mechanical components.
- Support troubleshooting of mechanical faults under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Assist in the dismantling, repair, replacement, assembly, and installation of machine components.
- Monitor machine performance and report unusual noise, vibration, overheating, or other abnormalities.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
- Maintain mechanical maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.




- Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and the proper storage of maintenance tools.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and maintain 5S and housekeeping in the maintenance area.
- Coordinate with production teams to support timely maintenance and machine availability.
- Learn the working principles of manufacturing machinery and develop technical troubleshooting skills.

Eligibility

- ITI in Fitter / Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools, machine components, and workshop practices is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
