Job Role: Chat Support Executive
Salary: ₹24000 – ₹29,000 In-Hand + incentive
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Offs: 2 Days
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Deliver professional, polite, and customer-friendly support.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Update customer information and interaction records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow company policies, processes, and customer service guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.




- Solid listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
