Role International – Voice Customer Support

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.

(B2/C1Proficiency).

Experience: Freshers to less than 24 months – U1; more than 24

months – U2 ( Only voice experience to be considered 100% and

Non Voice/Backend etc will have 50% weightage)

Required Skills: Excellent voice communication, customerhandling and problem-solving skills; basic computer proficiency

and working knowledge of MS Office; typing speed of at least 20

WPM with 80% accuracy.

Transport: Two-way transportation will be provided ( Upto 30KM )

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based

tools to review accounts, research policies and provide

effective solutions.

Deliver timely, accurate and skilled customer service;

document contact topics and actions in tools.
