Dai Software Solution is looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Indore.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct software/product demonstrations through online meetings or phone calls.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available solutions.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate with prospects and assist in closing sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, demos, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and support.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, B2B sales, IT sales, software sales,



or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and office applications.
- Interest in IT, software, SaaS, and technology products.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valuable follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Details

Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Location: Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore
