About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. You will assist customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, process returns, and help ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Our core market operates during US business hours, so this role requires working a fixed overnight shift in IST.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Assist customers through email and live chat with product questions, order updates, and general inquiries.
- Order and Logistics Management: Track orders, address shipping delays, assist with address updates, and coordinate exchanges and returns.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and process refunds or replacements according to company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Customer Experience: Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism,



helping turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Feedback Collection: Identify recurring customer concerns, product issues, and logistics problems, and report them to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or virtual assistant roles, preferably in e-commerce.
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong typing speed, and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work a fixed US shift, such as 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST.
- Robust empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Work-from-Home Requirements

- Laptop or desktop computer with at least 8GB RAM and an updated operating system.
- Stable, high-speed broadband internet.
- Backup power solution, such as a UPS or inverter.
- Noise-canceling headset for video check-ins and team calls.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
