Job Title: Technician – Water Plant Machine Assembly
Industry: RO Water Treatment / Water Plant Manufacturing
Work Location: Factory / Manufacturing Unit

Job Responsibilities:

- Assemble RO water plant machines as per technical drawings and instructions.
- Install RO membranes, filters, pumps, motors, and storage tanks.
- Perform piping, plumbing, fitting, and water line connections.
- Handle basic electrical wiring for motors, sensors, and control panels.
- Install ozone systems and other water treatment components.
- Check water leakage and ensure proper machine fitting.
- Test water flow rate (LPH), pressure, and TDS levels.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
- Perform machine trials and quality checks before dispatch.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills & Tools:
. Hands-on experience in RO plant assembly and installation.

Knowledge of pumps, motors, membranes, filters, and piping.
. Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills.
. Ability to use spanners, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pipe cutters.
. Knowledge of multimeters, pressure gauges, and TDS meters.
. Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow instructions.
. Experience in a factory or manufacturing workplace is preferred.
. Industry preference: Water Treatment, RO Plants, and Water Bottling.
. Candidates with industrial machinery assembly experience may also apply.
. Practical knowledge, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
