Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and common software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Set up user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Install and configure antivirus software and security updates.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset records.
- Respond to support tickets and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and updates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Document technical issues, resolutions,



and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
