Job Description: HR Manager

Location: Kochi, Kerala | Full-time
Salary: ₹50,000/month + Incentives + Allowances
Experience: 15+ years in HR, including 5+ years in the IT industry
Qualification: MBA in HR mandatory
Age: Up to 40 years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and performance management.
- Lead training, development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage the HR team and coordinate HR activities across South India.

Requirements

- Robust knowledge of labour laws, HR frameworks and team management.
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu.
- Willingness to travel across South India.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licences; must own at least one vehicle.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
