Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the position of Assistant Area Manager - Broking. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the area manager in the development and execution of broking strategies aimed at increasing market share and driving sales growth. The Assistant Area Manager will work closely with brokers and sales teams to build strong relationships, provide training, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Area Manager in formulating and implementing effective broking strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with brokers to enhance sales performance and achieve targets.




- Provide training and support to broker partners to ensure product knowledge and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of brokers and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines within the broking sector.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales in the assigned area.
