Job Summary

ReWin Health is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, social media management, and digital campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Drive SEO initiatives, including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page SEO, and local SEO.
- Manage social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyse website traffic, campaign performance, conversions, and ROI using GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Optimise landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Implement AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimisation strategies.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and external agencies.
- Manage marketing budgets and improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.




- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, performance marketing, and lead generation.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimisation, remarketing, and marketing funnels.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable business results.
- Healthcare, wellness, or technology industry experience will be an added advantage.
