Job Description: Field Sales Executive

Job Details

- Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
- Work Mode: On-site
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Sales Type: B2B and B2C

1. Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass, or 10th Pass with ITI/Diploma
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- Experience: 0–1 year; freshers are welcome to apply
- Language Requirement: Kannada proficiency is preferred

2. Salary and Benefits

- Fixed CTC: ₹2.5–₹2.75 LPA

3. Products and Services
Candidates will be responsible for sales and customer acquisition related to the following financial products:

- Home Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Housing Finance

4. Recruitment and Interview Process





- Our recruitment team will conduct the initial screening of candidate profiles against the specified eligibility criteria.
- Shortlisted candidate profiles will be shared with your team via email and Google Sheets, along with the candidate tracker link.
- We request your team to provide feedback on the shortlisted profiles on the same day or within 24 hours to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Further interview scheduling and coordination will be managed based on the feedback received from your team.
- Interview days - Monday to Saturday.

5. Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solid interest in sales and customer acquisition.
- Willingness to work in the home loan, housing finance, and related financial services sectors.

Pay: ₹2.50 - ₹2.75 per year
