1. Data Protection & Privacy Compliance (DPO):

- Coordinate DPDP Act, 2023, compliance initiatives, including gap assessments, implementation roadmaps, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants, Legal, HR, and other departments for privacy compliance implementation.
- Assist in developing data protection policies, SOPs, consent management, data retention, and personal data breach response procedures.
- Maintain records of personal data processing and support privacy risk assessments and compliance audits..

2. IT Infrastructure, Network & Security Management

- Participate in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, VPN, and network connectivity, as applicable and planned by the department.
- Participate in configuring, administer, and monitor enterprise firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPN, access control rules, and web filtering, as applicable and planned by the department.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) / Endpoint Protection solutions across endpoints and servers, as applicable and planned by the department.
- Monitor firewall and EDR alerts, investigate suspicious activities,



and coordinate containment and remediation of security incidents, as applicable and planned by the department.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, firewall administration, and endpoint security & DLP.
- Practical experience with enterprise firewalls, EDR platforms, VPN, routing, switching, Windows/Linux servers, and backup solutions.
- Working knowledge of the DPDP Act, 2023, data privacy principles, information security controls, and compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, incident response, access control, and disaster recovery.
- Strong documentation, communication, vendor coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet FCP, Palo Alto, Microsoft, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, or privacy-related certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
