To manage Sales Outlet sales operations, assist customers, maintain billing and accounting records, handle cash transactions, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Outlet Sales and Customer Service

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders as required.
- Generate sales invoices and process customer orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending orders, and payments.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams for product availability and delivery.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is presentable.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

B. Accounts and Billing

- Prepare sales invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Handle cash, UPI, cheque, and bank transactions.
- Maintain daily sales, cash, and collection reports.
- Record customer receipts and supplier payments accurately.
- Maintain petty cash and supporting expense documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for collections.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and verify billing records.




- Assist in bank reconciliation and preparation of accounting reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for accounting entries, GST documentation, and other statutory requirements.

C. Inventory and Administrative Activities

- Maintain records of stock received, sold, and transferred.
- Coordinate with the store or warehouse team for stock verification.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and shortages.
- Maintain customer records, sales registers, and other showroom documents.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

3. Educational Qualification

- B.Com, BBA, or any relevant graduate degree.
- Candidates with a commerce or accounting background will be preferred.

4. Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, billing, accounts, or customer service.
- Freshers with positive communication and basic accounting skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
