Skilzhub is seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective and existing students in choosing the right courses and ensuring a smooth academic journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students, handling inquiries, and supporting admissions while maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on available courses, career paths, and learning outcomes
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries effectively
- Assist students through the admission and enrollment process
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
- Support students throughout their course duration
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience as an Academic Counselor, Education Counselor, or similar role (preferred)




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain courses and career options clearly
- Target-oriented and student-friendly approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

Experience

- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
- 1–3 years of relevant experience is an added advantage
