About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, optimize marketing performance, and handle the company's social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing activities that increase brand visibility, attract potential customers, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads for the company's courses, training programs, internships, and services.
- Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and creative testing.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Track leads and conversions in coordination with the sales team.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and increase conversions.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions and calls to action aligned with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and internal teams to develop social media creatives.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience engagement.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.




- Identify relevant trends and opportunities to strengthen the company's online presence.

3. Content & Creative Coordination

- Develop content ideas and creative briefs for advertisements, promotional campaigns, reels, and social media posts.
- Coordinate the timely production of marketing creatives and promotional materials.
- Use Canva and AI-powered tools to support content creation when required.
- Test different ad creatives, headlines, messages, and formats to improve campaign results.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across digital platforms.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

- Work with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and conversion rates.
- Identify high-performing campaigns and customer acquisition channels.
- Recommend improvements to landing pages, lead forms, and marketing funnels.
- Support promotional campaigns for courses, internships, webinars, and other company initiatives.

5. Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain records of advertising expenditure, leads, cost per lead, conversions, and revenue wherever tracking is available.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Present insights and actionable recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
- Valuable content writing and creative planning skills.
- Familiarity with Canva and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
