Job Location: Deva Steels Factory at Rasipalayam, Sulur, Coimbatore

Duties And Responsibilities

- Statuatory compliance expertise.
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling, and on boarding.
- Support HR operations - documentation, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI and other office/factory procedures for its compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil staffing needs.
- Maintain and update employee records, reports, and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll coordination and HR policy implementation
- Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and team members
- Strong values, discipline and ethos of positive work culture in an organisational hierarchy.

Qualifiction/Skills and Experience

- MBA in HR or related degree in HRM.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations and statuatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office

Salary & Benefits

- 20000 – 30000 as per experience
