Company: NCR Concrete Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch of concrete as per customer requirements.
- Monitor plant machinery, maintenance, and breakdowns.
- Coordinate with batching operators, drivers, pump operators, and other staff.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Monitor raw material stock, diesel consumption, and plant performance.
- Maintain daily production, dispatch, attendance, and other operational records.
- Report daily plant activities and issues to senior management.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in RMC plant operations preferred.

Skills: Team management, problem-solving, operational planning, and communication skills.
