Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Virtual HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process remotely, source candidates, conduct initial telephonic interviews, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
