Job Summary

We are looking for a technically sound professional who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and business requirements.

The individual will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, defining the scope of work, preparing functional and technical documentation, and conducting detailed walkthroughs with developers to ensure clarity before development begins.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders and clients to understand their requirements, business processes, and objectives.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Define project scope, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and implementation approaches.
- Assess technical feasibility and collaborate with architects and developers to identify suitable solutions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and technical discussions with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of the scope before development starts.
- Break down requirements into actionable development tasks and coordinate with project managers and technical teams.
- Clarify business logic, integrations, APIs, databases,



system workflows, and technical dependencies wherever required.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders, clients, QA teams, and developers.
- Manage requirement changes, scope clarifications, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with QA teams to validate deliverables against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Track project progress, resolve requirement-related blockers, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Solid technical understanding of IT systems, software applications, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to understand both business processes and technical concepts.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for developers.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, application architecture, and software development workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead requirement discussions, conduct technical walkthroughs,



and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working closely with software developers, QA engineers, and technical leads.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in software development, technical consulting, solution design, or IT project delivery.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts, SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience managing end-to-end project requirements, from discovery and scoping through development, testing, and delivery.
- Previous experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Solution Consultant, or Technical Delivery Manager role.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how technology works, can communicate effectively with business stakeholders, and can convert business needs into a well-defined scope of work. They should be capable of explaining the requirements clearly to developers so the team can begin implementation with minimal ambiguity or rework.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
