Openings for Export documentation Executive

Qualification - any degree

Experience - 2 + years of experience in export documentation,

Note - Not For Freshers.

( Good knowledge in documentation practices, LC, COO, Gafta, Incoterms)

(Should have robust communication in English )

salary - 30k to 35k

Job description -

- Verify the shipping and Mill documents with OS & PI and highlight the discrepancies, if any, to the respective Market Coordinators.
- Generate client documents as per payment terms and forward to concerned Market Coordinator.
- Apply for Chamber of Commerce through online portal (COO)
- Apply For Marine Insurance Policy for CIF Incoterms
- Send the LC instructions to the respective MC/Client and follow up
- Follow up for any LC amendments
- For LC Shipments to Send Documents instruction (B/L,VC, EUR1, COO) to Mill following by confirming the draft documents.
- For all banking term payments/ LC Follow up until Original documents are submitted to the bank
- Follow up payment with the respective bank for only banking term payments i.e., LC, CAD, Avalized, DDA etc.



(exceptionally client).
- Once documents submitted, follow up with the Banks for original documents dispatch details
- Following up for documents acceptance with bank for all Banking payment terms.
- Resolving all trade related bank queries/disputes/issues.
- Clarifying all queries raised by the MCs
- System encoding
- Preparing the Documentation Tracker with complete Order Details executed
- Providing weekly updates to the Accounting department
- Preparing Detailed Sales Reports by Sales Area Manager and Market and submission of the same monthly
- Checking with our Banks for client bank swift arrangements
- Preparing Export Collection Bank Cover Letter through online portal in Citi Bank
- Survey Reports sent to Client in Quarterly Basis and the same will be escalated to Sales Director
- Survey Reports sent to Mill/ Manufactures in Annually and the same will be escalated to Sales Director
