Job Title: Accountant

Experience: Minimum 2 years; preferably 2–3 years

We are looking for an Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally, daily accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and accurate financial records in Tally.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare invoices and track accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding collections.
- Support GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and return preparation in coordination with the auditor.
- Maintain petty cash, expense records, and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and audits.

Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant accounting qualification.




- Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience; 2–3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in construction, consultancy, or project accounting is an advantage.
