Job Title: Marketing Executive

Qualification: Any Degree / MBA in Marketing preferred.

Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, engineering, textile, housekeeping and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for manpower supply and corporate services.
- Visit prospective client companies and meet HR Managers, Admin Managers, Purchase Managers and decision-makers.
- Explain company services, prepare company profiles, quotations and commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead databases, sales pipelines and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams to fulfil client manpower requirements.




- Negotiate commercial terms and service charges in coordination with management.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and business development activities.

Required Skills

- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing and corporate client acquisition.
- Ability to approach HR, Admin and Purchase departments.
- Knowledge of lead generation, client follow-up and sales reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Target-oriented approach with good relationship management skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Travel allowance as per company policy.
- Other benefits as per company rules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
