Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated candidate to manage our social media platforms and handle customer communication. The role includes responding to messages on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook, attending inbound calls, and supporting basic order coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and reply to customer messages on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook
- Manage comments, DMs, and customer enquiries professionally
- Attend inbound calls and guide customers about products and orders
- Coordinate with the team for order updates and customer follow-ups
- Maintain good customer relationships through quick and explicit communication




- Basic support in handling website or order-related queries

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook usage
- Active, responsive, and responsible attitude
- Ability to handle multiple chats and calls simultaneously
- Basic computer knowledge

Experience:

- Freshers or 0–2 years experience can apply

Working Hours:

- Full-time (Day Shift)

Salary:

- Based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
