Job Overview

As a Field Executive – Digital Marketing, you will be the face of Ztatus in the market. You will visit potential clients, understand their business needs, and present our digital marketing solutions such as SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, website development, and branding. This role requires daily field visits and strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit potential clients, SMEs, startups, and local businesses in the assigned territory.

· Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, referrals, and networking.

· Present and explain digital marketing services to business owners and decision-makers.

· Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and propose suitable digital marketing packages.

· Achieve weekly and monthly sales/lead generation targets.

· Maintain daily reports and update CRM with client interactions.

· Coordinate with the internal digital marketing team for campaign execution.

· Conduct market research on competitors and local market trends.

· Attend business events, exhibitions, and networking meets as required.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in field sales,



field marketing, or business development (preferred).

· Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Google Ads, websites).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

· Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive local travel.

· Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

· Smartphone and basic reporting skills.

· Local language proficiency: [Insert language] preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
