Maintenance Engineer / Technician – CNC, VMC & HMC

​Job Description:

​We are looking for an experienced and skilled Maintenance Engineer / Technician for the mechanical and hydraulic maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance on CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.

​Turret Maintenance & Repair: Expertise in Pragati Turret, LMW Turret, Hydraulic Turrets, and Imported/Foreign machine turrets.

​Precision Assembly & Alignment: Dismantling, replacement, and precise alignment of LM Guides and Ball Screws.

​Spindle & Chuck Servicing: Changing spindle bearings, chuck overhauling, and general servicing.

​Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot machine breakdowns efficiently.

​Candidate Requirements:

​Experience: 3 to 8 years in CNC / VMC / HMC Mechanical Maintenance.

​Technical Skills:



Hands-on experience with Pragati/LMW/Hydraulic/Imported turrets, LM guides, ball screws, spindle bearing replacement, and machine geometric alignment.

​Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.
