We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Shoot & Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for shooting videos, editing promotional content, creating social media videos, and producing engaging visual content for our brands and educational institutions.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video shooting, camera handling, video editing, and social media content creation.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos for promotional activities, student events, workshops, seminars, college visits, and institute activities.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create promotional videos for courses, student achievements, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, background music, and suitable graphics to videos.
- Coordinate with the marketing and social media teams to understand content requirements.
- Capture interviews, testimonials, faculty presentations, and student activities.
- Create engaging short-form videos to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain and organize video footage, project files, and final edited videos.




- Complete assigned video projects within the given deadlines.
- Follow the content calendar and daily task plan provided by the management.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of video shooting and mobile camera handling.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, audio recording, and composition.
- Ability to edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and event videos.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends and video formats.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team.

Qualification

- Any degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Making, or Video Editing is preferred.
- Freshers with positive editing skills and a creative portfolio can also apply.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates who can independently manage both video shooting and editing.
- Candidates with a portfolio of edited videos or previous shooting projects.
- Candidates who are creative, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
