Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the smooth functioning of technical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and resolve technical issues.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Assist customers and internal teams with technical queries.
- Conduct technical inspections, testing, and maintenance as required.
- Maintain technical records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.E.) in a relevant engineering discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or a related engineering role.
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable verbal and written communication.
- Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Basic computer skills and documentation knowledge.
- Team coordination and time management.
- Ability to work independently and handle technical challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
