Role Overview:

As a Solar Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for contacting Australian residential customers to identify their suitability and interest in solar energy solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality qualified appointments and leads for the client's solar consultants through effective communication and customer engagement.

This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven, possess strong communication skills, and are motivated by high earning potential through incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact Australian homeowners through outbound calling campaigns.
- Introduce solar energy solutions and create awareness about potential energy savings.
- Engage prospects through consultative conversations and identify their interest in installing solar systems.
- Qualify leads based on predefined campaign criteria, including property ownership and energy consumption requirements.
- Schedule appointments for Solar Energy Consultants with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems.




- Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Build rapport and maintain a professional customer experience during every interaction.
- Follow campaign scripts, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to improve performance and lead quality.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality with strong objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems.
- Previous experience in Australian outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, solar campaigns, telecom, or energy campaigns will be highly preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
