Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, generate leads, develop client relationships, and promote the services and offerings of Brewkspace and Prebicon. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, along with an understanding of real estate sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, referrals, and field marketing.
- Identify potential customers, investors, landowners, property buyers, developers, and corporate clients.
- Promote Brewkspace's real estate advisory, land acquisition, and property consulting services.
- Market Prebicon's prefabricated buildings, modular structures, container offices, and commercial construction solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties or construction solutions.
- Schedule client meetings, conduct property or project visits, and deliver presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closures.




- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain lead databases, sales pipelines, client records, and regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close sales.
- Basic understanding of real estate markets, property transactions, and client acquisition.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or construction-related sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, property visits, and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in real estate companies, property consultancies, construction firms, or infrastructure businesses.
- Experience handling both individual customers and corporate clients.
- Candidates with an existing network of property buyers, landowners, developers, or corporate customers will have an added advantage.
