Responsibilities and Duties

- Reviewing and extracting medical records as per instructions
- Organizing documents in chronological order
- Categorizing records based on DOI (Prior, DOI, Post DOI)
- Segregating records facility-wise and by report type
- Bookmarking PDFs for easy navigation
- Compiling documents into the Discovery section
- preparing Table of Contents (TOC) sheet

Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹13,500.00 per month
