1. Guest Service & Experience

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them according to hotel service standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, queries, and concerns.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and guest-focused approach at all times.

2. Restaurant Operations

- Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place, and readiness before service.
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service operations.
- Handle restaurant POS and billing procedures as required.

3. Food & Beverage Knowledge

- Demonstrate good knowledge of food menus, beverages, ingredients, and service procedures.
- Recommend menu items and promote upselling opportunities.
- Be aware of food allergies, dietary preferences, and special guest requirements.
- Follow established food safety and hygiene standards.

4. Teamwork & Compliance

- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.




- Adhere to hotel grooming, discipline, attendance, and service standards.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and departmental instructions.
- Participate in departmental training and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in F&B; Service, preferably in hotels, resorts, or reputed restaurants.
- Freshers with a hospitality background are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations, guest handling, and service etiquette.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
