SALES EXECUTIVE

1. Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling client enquiries, understanding customer requirements, and supporting sales conversion through effective communication and follow-ups. The role involves coordinating with the Lead Management Team to ensure smooth lead handling and a positive customer experience.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries and provide timely responses.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

- Follow up with potential clients to support sales conversion.

- Coordinate with the Lead Management Team regarding lead status and customer updates.

- Build positive client relationships through effective communication.

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up updates.





- Work towards achieving sales targets and business objectives.

3. Candidate Requirements

- Solid command of the English language.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Client-handling skills with a responsive and customer-focused approach.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with the Lead Management Team.

- Solid interest in sales and a proactive attitude.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to sales processes.

- Freshers with a positive attitude and strong sales potential are preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
