Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Interns to support customer acquisition, lead generation and marketing activities for an NBFC. This role offers practical exposure to financial products, customer relationship management and branch-level business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for Gold Loans, investment products and other financial services.
- Identify potential customers through field marketing, local outreach, referrals and promotional activities.
- Explain financial products and services to prospective customers.
- Support branch-level marketing campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.
- Build relationships with local businesses,



merchants and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and marketing targets.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries, leads and follow-up activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing and financial services.
- Willingness to engage with customers and undertake field marketing activities.
- Target-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
