Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs, floor plans, layouts, and detailed working drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Understand client requirements and present architectural concepts and design proposals.
- Coordinate with interior designers, civil engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate design execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations, safety standards, and construction practices.
- Stay updated on modern architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines,



and maintain high standards of design quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, working drawings, building materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent visualization, presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with a team.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and project site visits as required.
