Altius Wellness, located at Newtown, Kolkata is looking for a patient, creative and dedicated Special Educator to join our Child Development Team. The role involves supporting children with learning difficulties, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder and other special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess children's educational needs within the scope of skilled competence.
- Develop and implement individualised educational plans.
- Support early learning, school readiness, literacy, numeracy and adaptive skills.
- Use child-centred teaching strategies suited to individual learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with parents, therapists and other professionals.
- Track progress and provide regular feedback to families.

Qualifications

- Recognised qualification in Special Education, such as B.Ed. Special Education or an applicable diploma.
- Valid RCI registration where required for the role.
- Experience working with children with developmental or learning difficulties is preferred.
- Patience, creativity and strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
