Job Summary

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a result-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing bulk hiring, blue-collar recruitment, and technical and managerial hiring to meet the organization's manpower requirements.

Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing, furniture production, fabrication, or industrial recruitment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar positions.
- Handle bulk hiring for factory workers, machine operators, helpers, technicians, and production manpower.
- Recruit for technical positions such as CNC Operators, Welders, Fabricators, Production Engineers, Quality Control Engineers, and Supervisors.
- Manage recruitment for staff-level, executive, managerial, and other specialized positions as required.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Job Hai, Naukri, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and minimize offer dropouts.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prioritize open positions.
- Ensure vacancies are closed within the defined timelines and recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in manufacturing recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Hands-on experience in blue-collar and technical recruitment.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant HR recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience hiring factory workers, machine operators, technicians, engineers, and production supervisors will be preferred.

Salary : 28K-35K/- pm (As per experience, skills, and current CTC).
