Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

- Install and commission filter presses at customer sites as per drawings and checklist
- Set up and test the hydraulic power pack, cylinders, pressure settings and electrical panel
- Run trial cycles and hand over the machine with a signed commissioning report
- Train customer operators on safe operation, cloth care and daily checks

Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance

- Attend breakdown calls quickly and restore machines to running condition
- Diagnose hydraulic leaks, pressure drops, cylinder/valve faults, plate shifting issues and electrical/PLC faults
- Replace or repair filter plates, filter cloths, seals, gaskets and hydraulic parts
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance visits for AMC customers

Customer Handling & Reporting

- Submit a service report for every visit covering the problem, root cause, action taken, parts used and customer sign-off
- Update call status in the company system the same day
- Identify spare-part,



replacement and upgrade needs and pass leads to the sales team
- Share recurring field problems with production and design teams

Safety & Discipline

- Maintain assigned tools, service kit and spares
- Represent AmarPlastics professionally at every customer site

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical (ITI Fitter with strong field experience considered)
- Working knowledge of hydraulics: pumps, cylinders, valves, gauges, hoses
- Basic electrical knowledge: control panels, motors, limit switches, starters
- Able to read mechanical drawings and use hand tools and measuring instruments
- Willing to travel 15–20 days a month and stay at customer sites
- Good communication in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
