Job Overview

We are seeking experienced MTB (Mountain Bike) Coaches, Trainers, and Instructors to train riders, improve riding techniques, support rider development, and promote safe cycling practices across different skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct MTB coaching and practical riding sessions for beginners and experienced riders.
- Train riders in bike handling, balance, braking, cornering, climbing, and descending techniques.
- Develop structured training plans based on individual rider abilities and goals.
- Assess rider performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Teach trail awareness, risk assessment, and safe riding practices.
- Inspect bikes, helmets, protective gear, and training areas before sessions.
- Supervise trail rides and ensure participants follow safety guidelines.




- Support rider progression through regular assessments and skill-building activities.
- Maintain training records and report progress, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Assist with cycling events, outdoor programmes, and rider development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5–7 years of experience in MTB coaching, cycling instruction, or professional riding.
- Strong mountain biking skills and practical trail experience.
- Knowledge of rider development, trail safety, bike handling, and basic bicycle maintenance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and instructional abilities.
- First-aid training and recognised coaching or cycling certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors and supervise riders in diverse terrain and weather conditions.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: Based on market standards + incentives.
