Role Overview:
A Store Incharge manages daily operations of a store, warehouse, or inventory facility, ensuring smooth functioning and proper stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management – Receive, record, and maintain stock levels; conduct regular stock audits
- Stock Issue & Dispatch – Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain accurate records
- Record Keeping – Maintain ledgers, bin cards, and stock registers (manual or ERP systems)
- Storage & Safety – Ensure proper storage conditions, FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance, and safety standards
- Reporting – Prepare daily/monthly stock reports and highlight shortages or discrepancies
- Team Supervision – Oversee store staff, loaders, and helpers
- Coordination – Work with purchase and accounts departments for timely replenishment

Skills Required:

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and communication skills

Qualification: Usually 10th/12th pass or graduate; prior store experience preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
