This is a hands-on chance for an engineering student who wants to understand how a business operates while using AI, automation and technology to improve processes, support research and accelerate growth.

What you'll do?

- AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI tools, no-code platforms and workflow automation.
- Business Operations: Improve internal processes, create trackers, document SOPs and support business planning.
- Presentations & Websites: Assist in creating pitch decks, business presentations, landing pages and website updates.
- HR Automation: Explore AI-based solutions for recruitment, candidate tracking, onboarding and HR workflows.
- Product Research & Development: Build / deploy agents for ingredients research, market study, clinical study research for nutraceutical, competitors, manufacturers and potential product concepts.
- Cross-functional Projects: Work directly with the founder on business research,



new initiatives and special projects.

Who Should Apply?

- Engineering student with an interest in AI, automation and startups.
- Familiar with AI tools, Excel/Google Sheets and presentations.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn across business functions.
- Prior AI projects, websites or automation experience is a plus.
