Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive – HR to manage day-to-day HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Manage statutory compliances, including Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT).
- Handle payroll processing and coordinate monthly payroll activities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Conduct branch visits to monitor HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Track and coordinate license renewals and maintain statutory documentation.




- Prepare and submit annual returns and other statutory filings within prescribed deadlines.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and compliance registers.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations using MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure timely completion of HR administrative activities and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and statutory compliance.
- Solid practical knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and payroll processes.
- Experience in attendance management, leave administration, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of statutory filings, annual returns, and license renewals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
