Position : Quality Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Incoming & Raw Material Inspection

Inspect incoming raw materials, machining components, laser-cut parts, fabricated parts, and bought-out items as per drawings and specifications.
Verify material dimensions, specifications, quantity, and quality against purchase orders, drawings, and inspection requirements.
Identify and report non-conforming materials and coordinate corrective actions.

2. Machining & Component Quality
Inspect machined components as per engineering drawings and required tolerances.
Check dimensions, holes, threads, surface finish, alignment, and other critical parameters.

3. Laser Cutting & Fabrication Quality
Inspect laser-cut components for dimensions, hole positions, profiles, edge quality, and drawing requirements.
Verify fabricated components for dimensions, squareness, welding quality, alignment, and distortion.

4. Measurement & Inspection
Use appropriate measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, dial gauge, measuring tape, and other inspection equipment.
Maintain inspection reports and dimensional records for critical machine components.
Ensure measuring instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.

5. Coordination with Design Department
Coordinate closely with the Design Department to understand drawings,



tolerances, critical dimensions, and quality requirements.
Clarify drawing-related issues before manufacturing or machining.
Communicate design changes and revised drawings to Production and vendors.

6. End-to-End Machine Quality Responsibility
Take ownership of quality from machined part → laser-cut part → fabrication → sub-assembly → machine assembly → final inspection → machine trial → dispatch.
Ensure quality issues are identified and resolved at the earliest stage rather than during final assembly.

7. Final Machine Inspection & Dispatch
Conduct final quality inspection of completed robotic automation/SPM machines.
Support machine trial and identify quality-related issues during machine operation.
Prepare final inspection/checklist reports before dispatch..

Skills:
Experience in robotic automation, SPM, machine manufacturing, or engineering manufacturing.
Machining Inspection | Laser Cutting Quality | Dimensional Measurement | Mechanical Drawing Reading, Measuring instruments positive knowledge

Qualifications : Diploma and Deegree

Salary Range : 20K to 25K (salary bar increase for right candidates)

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
