ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with 8–12 years of experience in industrial/infrastructure civil construction, including exposure to CBG, Biogas or process plant projects.

The role involves site execution, planning, contractor coordination, resource management, quality and HSE compliance, billing, and project progress monitoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage overall civil site execution, planning and project schedules.
- Supervise foundations, RCC structures, tanks/digesters and PEB civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and clients.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and relevant IS codes.
- Plan and manage manpower, machinery, materials and resources.
- Monitor quality, HSE, billing and project progress.
- Resolve site-level technical issues and escalate project risks.
- Manage local site-related issues and stakeholder coordination.





REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong experience in industrial/process plant civil construction.
- Knowledge of CBG/Biogas plant layouts and civil interfaces.
- Experience in foundations, RCC, tank/digester and PEB-related civil works.
- Ability to read civil/structural drawings; working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong leadership, contractor/vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of applicable safety and statutory requirements.
- Good planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
