Job description:

· Supervise operations across blow room, carding, draw frame, simplex, ring frame, and winding sections.

· Monitor production KPIs like machine efficiency (ME), operator efficiency (OE), and yarn quality.

· Optimize manpower and machine utilization across shifts.

· Address process issues such as end breaks, sliver quality, and yarn defects.

· Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve machine performance.

· Maintain shift-wise production, quality, and downtime reports.

· Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards.

· Train operators to enhance productivity and reduce rejections.

Other required detail:

Gender: Male / Female

Education: Diploma in textile / Any degree or relevant field

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (Preferable in Spinning).
