About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to assist with IT administration, system configuration, technical support, recent tool rollouts, and IT security monitoring.

Must-Have

- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science / IT, or equivalent demonstrable technical skills.
- Willingness to learn, explore new technologies, troubleshoot issues, and conduct R&D.;

Good-to-Have

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview.
- Basic understanding of IT Security.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with IT administration, configuration, and end-user support.
- Help roll out new systems, tools, and technologies.
- Monitor security alerts and assist with basic security checks.




- Support device and user management.
- Research and explore ways to improve IT systems and security.

Experience

Prior formal work experience is not required. Existing knowledge of IT systems, tools, and security will be an added advantage.

Based on performance and suitability, the candidate may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
