Bettergrow Group of Companies is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Salesmen and Saleswomen to join our team immediately. They will work in our upcoming retail kiosks/stores in the UAE and Mauritius, representing our group brands Tajriba and Tyan. Candidate will play a key role in engaging customers, promoting our premium range of nuts and spices, and driving store sales.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Showcasing and explaining the unique qualities and benefits of our nuts and spices.
- Maintaining visually appealing store displays that highlight the richness of our products.
- Ensuring stock levels are adequately maintained and replenished.
- Delivering excellent customer service to foster lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Working with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally within a nuts and spices retail environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid communication skills in Arabic and English
