Sales Executive – The Lair

The Lair is looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our fashion and lifestyle store. The role involves assisting customers and selling products including shoes, watches, T-shirts, pants, glasses, and other fashion accessories.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers in selecting shoes, watches, T-shirts, pants, glasses, and accessories.
- Explain product features, sizes, prices, and offers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep all products properly arranged and displayed.
- Keep the shop clean, neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Clean and maintain product displays, shelves, counters, mirrors, and other store areas.
- Ensure products are returned to their proper places after customers have viewed or tried them.
- Assist with billing and stock-related activities when required.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated about new arrivals, products, and promotions.




- Work as part of the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Requirements

- Interest in fashion and lifestyle products.
- Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
- Willingness to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous retail/sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, energetic, hardworking, responsible, and passionate about fashion and customer service. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, maintaining the shop, and working towards sales targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
