Senior HR / CHRO – Kolkata
Experience: 5–6+ Years
Industry Preferred: Courier / Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain / Express Distribution
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy, recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage employee engagement, performance, grievances and retention.
- Handle HR operations, payroll, attendance and HRMS.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
- Drive training, development and succession planning.
- Manage HR team and support business leadership.
Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM HR preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
