Role Overview
As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for people exploring a career in design. You will understand their goals, recommend suitable programs and guide them through enrollment. The role combines consultative counselling with monthly enrollment targets.

Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners by phone, message and email to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Manage the admissions process from first inquiry to enrollment
- Welcome walk-in learners at our Hyderabad office and explain program details, learning outcomes and placement support
- Meet monthly enrollment targets through structured follow-ups and proactive outreach
- Coordinate with the marketing and placement teams to provide a smooth learner experience
- Keep accurate CRM records and suggest process improvements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, admissions,



business development or placement coordination (recent graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written) is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to explain information clearly and answer questions with patience and empathy

Work Schedule

- Tuesday to Sunday (Monday weekly off)
- Additional day off on the second Thursday of every month
- Work from home every Thursday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with versatile login between 10:00 and 11:00 AM and a 1-hour break
