What you’ll own

- The curriculum — levels, lesson plans, assessment standards, and that every centre actually follows them
- Coach quality — certify, train and re-certify every Head Coach and assistant coach in the network
- Centre audits — visit centres, watch real classes, score them, and fix what you find
- Progression data — know which centres are moving children up levels and which are sitting still
- Coach hiring standards — set the bar and sit in on final-round coaching assessments
- Safeguarding — child protection standards across every coaching team, and the training that makes them real
- New centre launches — build and certify the coaching team before a centre opens
- Licensor compliance — we are a master franchise. The programme we deliver has to be the programme we’re licensed to deliver

What success looks like

- Every centre runs the same levels, assessed to the same standard
- Attendance marked at every centre, every day — presents and absences
- Level-progression rate measurable per centre, and improving
- Renewal rate rising because children are visibly getting better
- Every coach certified, re-certified annually, and police-verified
- Current centres open with a trained team on day one

You need

- 5+ years coaching swimming,



including 2+ leading other coaches
- Built or run a structured, multi-level learn-to-swim programme
- Comfortable auditing someone’s class and telling them what was wrong
- Willing to travel 10–12 days a month
- Strong enough with data to read a progression report and spot what’s off
- Fluent English, Hindi; Marathi helpful

Nice to have: SFI / NIS / ASCA / Austswim certification · multi-site or multi-campus experience · experience in a franchise or licensed-brand business · competitive swimming background

What we offer

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
